On Sunday, Bill, Madelyn and I went on another road trip to Baltimore for the day to see the Orioles/Sox play. Since it was super hot, we left Ellie at home with Nana and Pop. We went to the game with some old neighbors and two other families. We lucked out and had covered seats which helped with the heat. We really enjoyed seeing the Sox play and want to continue the tradition of seeing this game every year. We've been every year for a while now and love Fenway of the South!

First weekend of Summer in Richmond!
Now that we are home from CT, we started our first weekend of summer in Richmond at full speed. I feel like we haven't stopped in weeks so we've been a little more low key the past couple of days. I'm exhausted! This past weekend, we went to an event called Pet-a-palooza with the Moore family at their church. Since they don't have a pet, we let them use Fenway for the morning. We tried to get them to take him permanently, but they didn't take us up on our offer. It was super hot, but the kids enjoyed riding in the wagon pulled by a dog and looking at all the animals, mostly dogs. That afternoon, we went to our pool for the first time. We had a great time despite two very poopie diapers by both kids and getting used to having an infant at the pool. Hopefully it will get easier each week!

The first of many dinners at the pool this summer!
Ellie sporting her swimsuit for the first time. She even dipped her legs in the water for a minute until I realized she had a very poopie diaper!
