Pumpkin Patch Trips

I have been to the pumpkin patch with either one or all of our kids 3 times the last 2 weeks.  It has been so much fun but I admit I'm tired of the pumpkin patch.  I went on a little playdate with Holden and his friends to Hanover Vegetable Farm.  Then the kids and I went to Ashland Berry Farm with neighbors.  Today, I went to Hanover Vegetable Farm again with Ellie and her Girl Scout Troop.  We've had lots of Fall Fun going on at our house this year, especially Holden.  He LOVES the pumpkin patch and his favorite part is the hay ride!!!

Buster and Donna's House

We made it up to the Northern Neck for our annual trip to Buster and Donna's house.  It was a blast and the kids loved going on the boat to get one last taste of summer.  Buster and Donna are such great hosts and it always so awesome to catch up with them and enjoy their beautiful home on the water!

Columbus Weekend trip to DC

Bill and I planned a last minute trip to DC with the kids on Columbus Day weekend.  We had a blast and visited so many sights. We stayed in a hotel near the national mall and saw the monument all the way down to the Lincoln memorial.  We also went to the Air and Space Museum and the Natural History Museum as well as the White House.  The kids loved walking around the DC and staying in a hotel that overlooked the capital.  It was a fun 48 hours and great family time!
