Morgan Run Fun Run

Our neighborhood had their 2nd annual Fun Mile Run the other weekend.  We had a lot turnout but it was still a lot of fun and the girls enjoyed running a mile with their neighborhood friends!

Madelyn's First Communion

We are so proud of Madelyn for completing her First Communion the other weekend!  She worked so hard with all the workshops and we enjoyed all our FIRE classes with the Ross and Boughton families.  It was so nice that Grandpa and Grandma Vera visited to be a part of Madelyn's special day!

Busch Gardens

We took ventured out to Busch Gardens a couple of weeks ago to get Ellie's preschool pass and had such an awesome time!  It was the first time that Holden had been on rides and it was so fun to see his excitement and expressions.  He just melts all of our hearts!  Here are some photos from our day as a family at Busch Gardens:

Soccer

Both Madelyn and Ellie have been playing Soccer this Spring.  Madelyn plays for the YMCA and her team is the Trojans and Ellie plays for Strikers and her team is the Rosebuds.  Both girls have enjoyed trying out a team sport.  Ellie has loved Bill being her coach and has enjoyed playing but does not like all the running in soccer.  Doesn't look like she will be playing again next year but she gave it a good try.  Madelyn has enjoyed soccer and loves the girls on her team.  She has not decided if she wants to try it again!  We are so proud of both of them for trying something new!
