Holden is 9 months!

This is a little late but Holden is 9 months old!  He's such a laid back and smiley baby and we love him to pieces.  At 9 months, Holden:

• Weighs 23 pounds (85%) and is 31.5 inches long (97%)
• Finally sleeps through the night!  He goes to bed around 7 and wakes up between 6 and 7.
• Takes 2 naps a day (morning and afternoon)
• Is now completely on the bottle and has around 5 bottles a day.
• He loves all types of baby food, cheerios and puffs.  Now that he is 9 months, he has started eating yogurt and anything that we can break into small pieces.  He loves food!
• Loves to stand and hold onto his musical table and furniture.  He is not crawling or cruising yet but is really wanting to move around so thinking it is a matter of time!
• Learned to clap and says Da Da
• Loves the pool and likes going under the water.  He also likes to splash and make a big mess during bath time!

Summer Fun

Summer is in full swing and it has been a ton of fun!  This is what we have been doing:

Girls did great at their 2nd meet.  Madelyn got 6th in Free and 5th in Butterfly. We are so proud!

Girl Scout Night at the Diamond!

This past Friday was Girl Scout Night at the Diamond and we could not have asked for a more beautiful night to be with friends and watch a baseball game.  The girls walked in a little parade before the game and enjoyed a ton of sugar during the game.  It was a fun night and Holden got to go to his first baseball game!

Happy Birthday Pop!

This past weekend we celebrated Father's Day and Pop's birthday with a fun little rafting trip.  One of Amy's friends took us out with his equipment and it was a ton of fun.  I was a little nervous at first but it was not scary at all and such a great morning celebrating Pop!

Happy Father's Day to Bill McGuire!  These kids could not have asked for a better Daddy.  Thank you for loving our kids so much and for everything you do for our family.  We love you!

Also, Happy Father's Day to both Pop and Grandpa.  We could not have asked for better role models and you all are the best Dads and Pop/Grandpa in the world!  We love you too!

Chitty Chitty Bang Bang

We love to see the Characterworks plays and were excited to see the most recent one called "Chitty  Chitty Bang Bang" on Friday.  The girls had a blast watching the show with Cora and the musical was amazing as always. These kids are so talented!

This was their favorite picture because it was with the Child Catcher who had a big and scary nose.  Ellie has been showing everyone this photo!

Olivia goes to our church and was amazing in the show.  She is so talented!
