Week of eating and rolling over!

We had a big week because Madelyn ate rice cereal for the first time. After a couple of days, she is finally starting to swallow some food. Yeah! Hopefully she'll stop waking up at 4:30 a.m. to eat . My sleeping through the night baby is going through some sort of growth spurt and has been reminding me of what it was like when she was first born. Madelyn has also been doing a lot of rolling over on her tummy this week. Unfortunately, she has not figured out how to get back on her back and has been getting stuck all week during naps, playing, etc. She's been keeping me on my toes! Here are some pictures from this week and I had to include a cute one of her sleeping the other morning.

Bill and I are also celebrating our anniversary today. It's been a wonderful 4 years! Our nephew, Jack, is also celebrating his 1 year birthday today. April 24th is a big day for the McGuires!

5 months old!

We have had a very busy week working on the selections for the new house and Madelyn turning 5 months old. We have also taken advantage of the warm weather and gone to Stroller Strides, taken lots of walks with Fenway, and took a ride out to Nana and Pop's house. Madelyn is really starting to show her personality and rolled over for the first time this week and started using her Exersaucer. She is really starting to enjoy playing with all her toys and has finally started taking naps in her crib. Yeah! Here are some pictures from this week:

New House

We have some exciting news in the McGuire household. We have officially sold our house and signed a contract on a new house in Morgan Run. We went out to the new house this evening and met our good friends, The Moore's, who will be living two streets down from us. The house is scheduled to be completed in mid-June. In the meantime, we will be busy picking out everything and packing. Madelyn has been quite a trooper this week with me at the house figuring out details with the builder. We need to get her a little construction hat!

Madelyn's Baptism

Madelyn was baptized yesterday at St. Mary's Catholic Church. We had family visiting from CT (Grandma and Grandpa, Erin, Kristen, and Aunt Amy) and had a wonderful weekend with everyone. Madelyn was a perfect angel and looked so cute in her white hat and dress. Here are a few pictures from the baptism!
