Morning at the Zoo

We spent the morning at the Richmond Metro Zoo and had a fantastic time.  The weather was perfect, the place was empty and the kids had a great time running around and looking at all the animals.  I think Ellie had the best time because she is finally able to run with all the big kids and absolutely loves animals.  However, neither of my kids like to feed animals, especially the giraffes which are the best part of the Richmond Zoo.  My mom and I think it's because they don't like to get their hands dirty.  After looking at the animals, we had a picnic lunch and headed home with some very tired kids!
