Ellie is 18 months old!

Our little Ellie is 18 months old and boy has time flown by!  She has become quite the little character and very independent.  Ellie is very talkative and determined, but she still has the sweetest little personality.   She's also very silly and makes us laugh every day.  At 18 months, Ellie:

• Weights 23 lbs 12 oz (40%)
• Is 32 inches long (60%)
• Takes one very long nap in the afternoon (usually 3 - 4 hours)
• Goes to bed around 7PM and sleeps a good 12 or more hours a night.  She is a very good little sleeper!
• Loves to eat but has become picky the last 6 months.  Her favorite foods are still macaroni and cheese and all types of fruit.
• Has become quite the talker and says new words and phrases every day.  She has recently started saying short sentences like "Bye Bye Mama", "Mac and Cheese all gone", "I want .....", and "Help Please".
• Ellie's favorite word is "No".  She's constantly telling us she doesn't want to do things.  Ellie's personality is definitely stronger than her Big Sister's personality.  She will tell you what she wants and doesn't mind pushing her Big Sister out of the way to get it.
• Loves to play outside and ride in the wagon, swing on the play set, and ride on her red car.  They ask to go outside to play every day!
• Enjoys jumping and dancing.  She jumps and dances whenever she gets excited!
• Loves to color and will sit with Madelyn at the table and do arts and crafts
• Walks everywhere and would much rather walk than ride in a stroller which makes life difficult at times
• Eats with a fork and spoon
• Hates having her hands dirty which explains her dislike of sand at the beach
• Loves Fenway "Bubba" and talks to him and about him constantly.  He's her best friend!
