Weekend Adventures

This past weekend was full of new adventures for our family.  Bill and I took the kids snow tubing at Wintergreen on Saturday while Holden spent the day with Nana and Pop.  Snow tubing was a ton of fun but boy was it fast.  The girls have no fear when it comes to rides so they loved it.  Madelyn was brave enough to go by herself once and Ellie and Cora went together at the end.  After snow tubing, we went to a brewery at the bottom of the mountain and the weather was absolutely beautiful. The kids ran around while we had some drinks and yummy appetizers and lunch.  It was so nice to spent the entire day outside.  On Sunday, Madelyn went to a birthday party at Peak Experiences where she went rock climbing for the first time.  She had so much fun and made it up to the top of the 25 foot wall.  She was so proud of herself! The weather was sunny and 72 degrees so we spent a lot of time outside.  The warm weather was such an energy booster and just what we needed.  It was so nice to have a taste of spring and makes me very excited that Spring is just around the corner!
