6 Months Old!

This sweet little baby is 6 months old!  Holden is one of the most friendliest and smiley babies I have ever seen.  He will smile at anyone and is a big hit when we run errands around town.  He makes lots of friends in Target, Tweed and all my favorite stores!  At 6 months old, Holden:

1. Weights 18 lbs (58%) and is 28 inches long (91%).  He is a big boy and already in 9 month clothes!
2. Nurses 6 times a day and gets 1 bottle of formula at night before bed.  He also eats rice cereal mixed with fruit in the morning, a fruit or veggie at lunch and a veggie for dinner.  He loves to eat!
3. Is a good sleeper most of the time. He takes a good morning and afternoon nap in his crib and wakes up once or twice during the night.  Bill will go in once to put his pacifier in his mouth and I will nurse him around  4 or 5 in the morning.  He's definitely been a sporadic sleeper but for the most part does really well.  I think all the running around with his Big Sisters often messes up his sleeping during the day which will impact nighttime.
4. Can roll over but does not like to roll over.  He's very laid back.
5. He is starting to sit with support and getting stronger each week.  We hope to have him sitting very soon which will make life a little easier.
6. Loves to ride in the Bob and Umbrella stroller so he can look around and watch all the kids.
7. Loves to smile, coo and laugh and loves his Big Sisters.  It's hard to remember life without our little man.  There is no jealousy or lack of love in our house!
